Payment
I do not accept cancellations once an order has been made 

I do offer part payment scheme, if you are interested please let me know
Shipping
* UK Orders are shipped second class signed for which takes 2 to 5 days

* International orders are shipped via Airmail. There is no tracking for this

*I am not responsible for any shipping delays. If your package is late then please let me know and I will assist you in the best way I can.

* If your case gets lost in the mail or damaged during shipping, you will not be eligible for a refund. I will always provide proof of posting and will help you with your claim if it does get lost or damaged. For extra insurance we suggest you purchase the International Tracking listing in the shop which allows us to compensate yourself if your package gets lost

* All orders are wrapped with plenty of bubblewrap
Refunds and Exchanges - decoden cases
* As the phone cases are hand made orders no refund will be given

* A refund will only be given if I have made a mistake with your order, ie. I have made it on the wrong case. If this does happen, I will offer a replacement or a refund

* No refund will be given due to the scent of the case. The scent is the silicone and like all silicone products if there is a strong scent it needs to be aired out with fresh air. It will disappear after a few days
* No refund will be given if you just change your mind or do not like the product.  We will only offer a refund if there is a fault with the product.  The product must be returned to us first with proof of postage before we will process the refund

* If your case gets lost in the mail or damaged during shipping, it will not be eligible for a refund. The only way to insure your parcel against any problems would be to purchase a tracking number which is available at an extra $10. I will always provide proof of posting and will help you with your claim if it does get lost or damaged
