Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is promoted by YY Kawaii. Entrants will be bound by the terms and conditions below and not those of any other third parties purporting to be involved in the promotion of this competition.
2. Prize will be sent out within a week of winner giving address details to YY Kawaii
3. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
4. The winner will be chosen by Kaileune and YY Kawaii, from all entries received by the closing date/time - randomly
5. The winner will be notified via our stories within 72 hours of the closing date. If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. YY Kawaii’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
8. The winner agrees to the disclosure of his/her name in any publicity material (e.g. social media coverage).
